Neobux: Can you make money from it?

     Neobux is a pay-to-click site. This means Neobux recruits members to click on the ads provided by advertisers who pay Neobux to post their ads on the site. That might sound a little confusing, so I'm going to simplify this: advertisers pay Neobux to host the advertiser's ads on the Neobux site; Neobux then pays its members money to click these ads. Simple enough. Members are being paid to view either an ad or website for a set amount of time. The time correlates with how much is being paid to the member for the viewing. For example, a 5 second ad pays $0.001 for one view. Once the ad is viewed, it is taken down from the advertisement's page. The advertisement page (see below screen cap) is where your ads are put. 

Advertisments: 

I just showed you a small portion of ads. Normally, you'll have around 20-30 ads. These ads "renew" at the end of the server time (every day), and you'll receive new ads throughout the day.

But, onto the most important part of this enterprise, the money. Can you make money clicking these ads every day? Definitely. But the real money is in rented and direct referrals. Rented referrals are other clickers who you "rent". When they click their ads, you get a portion of the income. Same goes for direct referrals.

You can buy rented referrals for a month and you're allowed to renew or recycle (get rid of) the referrals whenever you want. You can only buy rented referrals every 7 days.

To prove this is a lucrative deal, I've posted my current earnings below.

So far, I've earned a little over $14. So, yes, you can make money from Neobux. You don't need to invest money in order to earn money, however, if you throw in a few dollars to buy some rented referrals, things will go a lot faster. You can also use other sources of money to support your Neobux account. For example, I'm using my earnings from slicethepie to buy and renew rented referrals. 

Back to clicking ads: 

You don't just receive money when clicking ads, you also receive Neopoints, Adprize chances, and a chance at winning 1 of the 120 prizes of $0.50 cents drawn each hour.

NeoPoints: You can renew and recycle referrals with NeoPoints, upgrade to a Golden Membership with 30,000 NeoPoints, and increase your direct referrals limit by 1 with 500 NeoPoints.

I only use NeoPoints to renew or recycle my referrals

AdPrize Chances: For every ad you click, you get 3 AdPrize Chances. These chances are used by clicking through multiple ads at the bottom of the advertisement page. I've only won 10 NeoPoints from this, so I don't find using the chances worthwhile.

Drawing: I've never won one of these drawings either.

10/22/13 Update: Lately, I've been looking for a way to get more direct referrals. I've already maxed my rented referrals at 300, so I've decided to search for direct referrals, but I've been having difficulty getting people to sign up under my referral. I'm glad to say that I found a way, unfortunately, I had to pay for it. But it wasn't too expensive. I got the idea from here. His video sucks, quite frankly. And he needs a better microphone. But his method for getting direct referrals is solid. It kind of made me smack my head in frustration that I didn't figure it out on my own.
